1. Campaign Period

This Campaign is valid from 1st of August 2026 until end of October 2026.

2. Eligibility 

• Participation is open to residents of the Sultanate of Oman only. 
• Participants must be “Be Zahiya and Zahiya Plus credit and debit cardholders”.

3. Competition Terms and Conditions 

Participants must:

• Scan the QR code and fill in the form to enter the draw during campaign period.
• Participant must be “Be Zahiya/Zahiya plus cardholder”. 
• The bank reserves the right to verify the participants’ eligibility and cardholder status prior to awarding the prize.
• Participant may submit one entry only. 
• Failure to meet the eligibility requirements or provide incorrect or incomplete information will result in disqualification.

4. Winner Selection and Prizes 

• Winners will be selected through a random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the campaign period. 
• Three winners will receive a Zahiya gift box. 
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for any alternatives. 

5. Winner Announcement and Notification

• Winners will be announced on the bank’s official social media pages.
• Such announcement shall constitute full and sufficient notification to the winners.
• The Bank may, at its sole discretion, attempt to contact winners using the contact details provided in the form. 
• The Bank shall not be responsible for any failure or inability to contact a winner due to privacy settings, platform restrictions, technical issues, or any circumstances beyond the Bank’s control.

6. Winner Responsibility and Claim Process

• Winners must respond and provide the requested details within 24 hours of the announcement.
• It is the sole responsibility of participants to monitor announcements and ensure their account settings allow communication.
• Failure to respond within 24 hours for any reason whatsoever will result in automatic disqualification and selection of an alternate winner without further notice.

7. General Conditions

• Participants may win only once during the campaign.
• Sohar International reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant for breach of these terms or fraudulent or abusive conduct.
• The Bank shall not be liable for technical errors, platform failures, lost or incomplete entries, or failure of participants to receive or respond to notifications.

8. Marketing and Publicity

• By participating, entrants agree that the Bank may use their name, username, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without contest additional compensation.

9. Final Decision

• The Bank’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters related to this contest, and no correspondence or appeals shall be entertained.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.
